The Spring Equinox Breath Circle is about tending to the garden of our lives. Our intentions have been sewn and now it is time to free up the area around them, pull those weeds, so that they may have a clear and healthy start in their growth cycle.

Whether it be working on an aspect of yourself or developing a project, the ceremony will be holding space for aligning us to the highest good, and helping us get in sync with this new season.

Come ready to work and to enter a new chapter of life.

Our guide Peter Youngblood Hills utilizes a sacred and powerful breath technique to support and activate this journey. He will call upon the energy of the Spring Equinox to help stabilize and ground this work.

A light vegetarian meal and drinks will be served after the circle.
