Sunday, September 16th | 5 - 8pm | $40 includes delicious vegan/vegetarian food

Limited Space . Please RSVP: info@projectbutterfly.org

You are invited to Break through the Chaos and Fire Your Soul!

Life often presents itself with many challenges and it can be sometimes overwhelming, sometimes not what we want, and sometimes looking at the unknown causes confusion and anxiety.

How can we step through gracefully and be who we really are no matter what is going on around us?

Come join Steve and Suwon in a sacred circle.
We will be using a form of pranayama breath to raise energy and break through self-limiting blocks, beliefs, and patterns.
Our circle includes heartfelt chanting and music with Sylvie Scoville.

Has lack of space prevented you from growing your own veggies, fruit and
herbs? Think again! During this innovative workshop, gardening expert
Darren Butler will introduce ingenious methods for growing edibles in
spaces as small as a windowsill. We’ll cover container gardening,
growing requirements of suitable herbs and veggies, soil management,
and all the tools needed to start growing your own edibles.

Then you'll learn what it really means to Eat with the Seasons. Natural
foods chef Christy Morgan will teach you all the elements of Seasonal
Cooking, so you're able to take your veggies straight from your patio
to your plate. You'll leave this workshop with delicious,
cholesterol-free recipes that your whole family will enjoy! After the
cooking demonstration we'll enjoy a light meal of seasonal edibles we make in class.

This workshop is one-of-a-kind!
