The scope of this event will be in the vein of an outdoor summer street party vibe, filled with the diversity of peoples, flavors, sounds and styles that makes this city so unique and so fresh.

Bloomfest is named in honor of Joel Bloom, a personal friend and community galvanizer, who passed in 2007. Joel Bloom was instrumental in the naming of the Arts District and in building the Arts District community. His vision and work continues to Bloom!
